I found this recipe in my “Everyday Food” magazine. Most of the recipes in this magazine aren’t fussy, but this one was very time consuming. I’m still not sure if the result was worth the 2.5 hrs it took me to make, but it was very tasty. I even just ate some of the sauce out of a bowl by itself like chili.
