Quiche – version 2

This is another quiche I made this weekend. This one has swiss cheese, spinach, bacon, and breakfast sausage. This one was quite tasty. If you try to use frozen spinach like I did, make sure you get it very dry before you put it in the quish. Mine seemed to have a little too much liquid left in it, and it made the quish not bind up as well as it should have.

No one in my family would eat this actually… either because of the spinach, or the swiss cheese, or the sausage. I, however, thought it was great :)
